Sometimes after spending years in a rigid, controlling environment or cult such as Scientology or Jehovah’s Witnesses, we are influenced to devalue other humans, especially those who are not a part of the organization. Some groups tell us that people in the outside world are hated by God and about to be destroyed. Some require us to disconnect from or shun any family or friends who leave the group. In order to shun precious family members one’s innate familial love has to have been disabled, repressed, forgotten. Once out, we need to relearn what natural loving behavior looks like. It is my hope that you can use the ‘poster’ below to help you reawaken your innate ability to love – now that you are free to live and love as you see fit.
